On Wednesday the 21st of November, we had Kapa Haka. We performed at the Turanganui Festival. It is a Festival where every school from over the town comes and does a performance. When I got there I was so nervous. But first we watched the little kids, they were so cute and my brother did the haka with a broken foot, and he was wearing a moon boot (A moon boot is a shoe that goes on your foot so you can walk with your cast on) Then it was our turn. I had butterflies in my tummy.My favorite part of the kapa haka was the poi. My principal Koka Nolian loved it and she started to cry. We had so much fun.Friday, 23 November 2018
